ABOUT BRENT

Brent is the founder of the consulting concept PASTRYTECT. His character is defined by creativity and a drive for perfection.

His favorite flavors lean towards rich, rounded notes such as nuts, truffle, chocolate, and orange. When developing new recipes, groovy techno beats are always playing in the background. He draws inspiration from nature and art, with examples including Refik Anadol and Damien Hirst.

His strengths lie primarily in product composition, design, and color combinations.

ABOUT MAXIME

With a passion for chocolate, decoration, and details, Maxime is the driving force behind PASTRYTECT.

Inspired by design and architecture, with influences from visionaries like Zaha Hadid and Oscar Niemeyer, she ensures that every detail is just right.

Maxime’s favorite flavor palette leans towards fresher notes such as apricot, peach, and yogurt. Indie pop and soul hold a top spot in her playlist.
